The automatic dosage machine is typically composed of the following key components, and the principles of each part are as follows:

Metering pump: Responsible for injecting the chemical agents at the set flow rate and pressure into the system. Common types include electromagnetic diaphragm pumps and piston pumps, which have high precision adjustment capabilities.

Solution tank/ dosing bucket: Stores the prepared chemical solutions, mostly made of corrosion-resistant PE material, with a semi-transparent design for easy observation of the liquid level.

Control system (PLC/ time control switch): Acts as the "brain", controlling the start and stop of dosing based on preset times or real-time water quality signals.

Mixing device: Used for the dissolution process of dry powder agents to ensure uniform mixing of the solution.

Detection elements (optional): Such as pH meters, ORP meters, and conductivity meters, which implement closed-loop control based on water quality feedback.
