PP Three-Phase Separator

The PP three-phase separator is an environmentally friendly equipment component made of polypropylene (Polypropylene, PP). It is mainly used in anaerobic biological treatment systems such as UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Bed) and IC (Internal Circulation) reactors. Its core function is to effectively separate the biogas, treated water, and activated sludge produced during the reaction process under high-load operation, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the system.
These devices, due to their PP material, have excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and are suitable for wastewater treatment scenarios in various industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, brewing, and dyeing. Additionally, their modular design makes installation convenient and allows for customized production to meet different engineering requirements.

The biogas rises to the top gas collection chamber and is collected and discharged, reducing the risk of foam accumulation.
The sludge-containing liquid passes through the gap and enters the sedimentation area. The inclined wall angle is typically 45°–60°, promoting the sludge to slide back to the reaction area.
The baffle structure prevents bubbles from entering the sedimentation area, avoiding disturbance that affects the separation effect of sludge-water separation.
The improved design is equipped with a guide plate and a secondary distribution structure to enhance the sludge return efficiency and overcome the traditional "sludge running" problem.

1. In fields such as chemical industry, environmental protection, and medicine: It is used to handle complex mixtures containing solid, liquid, and gas phases. By precisely regulating operating parameters, it achieves efficient and precise separation effects.

Sewage treatment: In anaerobic reactors, the three-phase separator is the core device, mainly applied in anaerobic sludge beds, expanded granular sludge beds, anaerobic reactors, etc., for the separation of solid, liquid, and gas phases. The effect of three-phase separation directly determines the success or failure of the anaerobic process.

3. Industrial wastewater treatment: Applicable to industrial wastewater, urban sewage, domestic sewage, and agricultural wastewater treatment. It can effectively separate and remove suspended solids, sediment, and oils in the wastewater, meeting discharge standards or reutilization requirements.
