II. Introduction to the Wastewater Treatment Station:
Currently, there is a wastewater treatment system in place, capable of handling 300 m3 of wastewater per day. As the company expands its production scale, the wastewater discharge volume has increased. The company has decided to renovate the original wastewater treatment station to meet current production needs. The water quality and quantity of the wastewater have changed significantly, with COD levels ranging from 8000 to 20000 mg/L, and good biodegradability.
Based on the recognition of the importance of environmental protection work, in order to protect itself and the surrounding environment, in accordance with the requirements of relevant environmental protection units in Shandong Province, the company intends to take effective pollution prevention and control measures and invest in the renovation of the original wastewater treatment station. After the renovation, the wastewater treatment station will handle 1000 m3 of wastewater per day.
The wastewater treatment station project has been successfully completed and has been operating stably for half a year. It has successfully passed the acceptance inspection by the local environmental protection bureau.
III. Introduction to the Wastewater Treatment Situation:
On behalf of the company, our unit has specially prepared the following preliminary design plan for the wastewater treatment project and estimated the investment for this project to provide for review by the company's leadership and environmental protection departments as an important component of the enterprise infrastructure and a key link in water pollution control. The construction and operation of the wastewater treatment project are of great significance.
Due to the high cost of the construction and operation of the wastewater treatment project and the constraints and influences of various factors, the optimization selection of the treatment process scheme is the most critical for the operation performance and cost reduction of the treatment plant. Therefore, it is necessary to, based on the determined standards and general principles, from the perspective of overall optimization, combined with the design scale, the characteristics of wastewater quality, and the actual conditions and requirements of the local area, select a feasible and economically reasonable scheme. After a comprehensive economic and technical comparison, the best overall process scheme and implementation method are selected.
Guobao Environmental Protection and Shandong Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. signed a wastewater treatment contract. According to the determined wastewater inlet and outlet water quality requirements of Shandong Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the wastewater is proposed to adopt the "UASB + Contact Oxidation + Strong Oxidation + Activated Carbon Filtration" comprehensive treatment process combining biochemical and physicochemical methods.
After multiple exchanges between the leadership of Sanjing Pharmaceutical and our company's personnel, and repeated experiments and demonstrations to prove the feasibility of the process, as well as multiple visits to our company and the project site, it was decided that this wastewater project should be implemented by us.
