Wastewater Volume: According to the wastewater volume data provided by the factory, the total daily wastewater discharge is 3,000 cubic meters.
Process Selection: The main biochemical treatment process is GBIC + contact oxidation.
II. Introduction to the Enterprise's Wastewater Situation:
Shandong Xuedi Beer Co., Ltd. is a well-established beer-making enterprise. It currently has two large-scale fully automatic bottled beer production lines and three canned beer production lines, with an annual beer production capacity of 100,000 tons. The products include two major series of bottled and canned beers, with a total of 68 varieties. The production of beer generates a large amount of wastewater that has an impact on the environment. The enterprise's leadership, with a sense of responsibility towards the social environment, has decided to further upgrade and expand the wastewater treatment station of the factory. For this purpose, they have conducted in-depth exchanges with our Guangbo Environmental Protection Company and determined that our Guangbo Wastewater Treatment Company will be responsible for the technical and construction general contracting.
According to the wastewater volume data provided by the factory, the total daily wastewater discharge is 3,000 cubic meters. The design is based on continuous operation for 24 hours a day, so the designed treatment capacity is 125 cubic meters per hour. The original wastewater quality is designed based on the following parameters: pH: 6-9; COD:≤1200mg/L ; BOD:≤600mg/L; SS: ≤ 400 mg/L. All wastewater must be treated by the wastewater treatment facilities and meet the discharge standards stipulated in the Comprehensive Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for the Xiaoqing River Basin of Shandong Province (DB37/656-2006). The main pollutants and their required compliance levels are as follows: pH: 6 - 9; cod:≤60mg/L BOD:≤20mg/L ; ss: ≤ 70 mg/L, Color: ≤ 40 times.
III. Introduction to Wastewater Treatment Situation:
Based on the characteristics of the wastewater from this project and drawing on years of successful cases, while fully considering factors such as project investment, operation costs, and process stability, our company has designed a biochemical treatment process mainly featuring GBIC and contact oxidation. This process is cost-effective and has low operation costs.
